Agile Process .

Because of the flexibility and evolving character of the Agile Methodology of working, it has become one of the most popular techniques to project management today. It was created for software development and began in 2001 with the Agile manifesto. Agile project management has grown over time and has become a common alternative for many project managers, regardless of industry.

In a word, Agile project management is an incremental as well as iterative approach to the project that enables teams to meet the demands of today's workplace. It is made up of various approaches, all of which are founded on the principles of quality, transparency, flexibility, as well as continual progress.

Agile project management (APM) is a software development strategy that ensures that input is taken into account right away and that modifications are made at every stage of the process of development in a scheduled manner.

Raw Data and Requirements

Firstly, it all starts with a conversation asking for all the raw data and requirements for the project.

Requirement Analysis

The raw requirements are then passed on to our business analyst to analyse client's requirements and what we need to fulfil the project.

Meeting with the Client:

Once the analysis is completed, we conduct a meeting with the client to ask questions raised during our analysis just to clarify the doubts and reach out to a solution for the same.

Problem Solving

It usually takes 2 or 3 rounds of meeting with the client to discuss the project requirements, raw data as well as the issues raised during analysis, after which we derive a solution together to each and every issue before moving forward with the project.

Issue a feature listing document

Once we feel that we and the client are on the same page, we issue a feature listing document to the client that states our way of working on the project and all the other timelines.

Design Phase

Once the client agrees to the feature listing document, we move forward to the design phase of our project.

Design options

After discussing with the team and knowing all the requirements of the client, we create and offer 3 options of the home page to the client, once the home page design is approved by the client, we then move onto the development of further inner pages of the website while parallelly working on the HTML and Coding as well.

Beta Version

Once we are ready with the beta version of the website, we send it to the client for review or approval.

Project Delivery

Once the client approves the beta version of the website, we insert the content as well as images. After a rigorous testing of the website for bugs and issues, once we come clean, we deliver the project to the client.
